Lecithin
Lecithin is found in every
cell of the human body (including animal
and vegetable cells). It is essential for
the assimilation of the fat-soluble vitamins:
vitamin
A, vitamin
D and vitamin
K, and for the proper functioning of
all the glands.
Lecithin provides the building material
for every body cell (especially those of
the brain and nerves). Important for healthy
functioning of the liver.

Eggs. Wholewheat cereals (especially wheat
germ). Nuts. Liver. Beef.
